Had a leaky hot water heater insurance had us contact them and they came out, assessed everything and did the job 6 days later. Replaced the hot water heater but a small was still occurring. Turns out the First Gentleman didn’t realize/see that the leak was coming from a pipe in the fall. Called them the next morning and they sent Brandon out that day. Within few minutes he let me know about that pipe in the wall, called his boss to make sure he was good to go and within about 15/20 minutes he had it stopped. I could be negative and leave a negative review because the first gentleman didn’t find the leak, but I decided to take a different route because at the end of the day the problem did get taken care of, and although the first gentleman didn’t officially take care of the leak, he was still just as nice and respectful and still came out to do a job.

This company was dispatched out by AHS for a stoppage that I was experiencing. The tech seemed a little uneasy with the job and did not display to be knowledgeable about Plumbing. The tech spent over 2 hours at my home. They wrote a report stating that my Plumbing had a code violation that was not covered under my warranty and provided an estimate for $1700 to get us up to code. Not even mentioning the stoppage that they were called out about. So when they left, we still had no idea as to what was causing the stoppage. After reading the reviews on Google and seeing that ther were quoting others the same $1700, their opinion became suspect. I contacted AHS and requested a second opinion. The second company came out and within 15 minutes assessed the issue and my non covered cost ended up being $350. They didn't mention anything about being out of code!!

If I could give them a negative five I would! This company was sent through American Home Shield. If you have American Home Shield I HIGHLY suggest you request another company and not let this one in your home! First - they only accept cash payment (sounds like a drug deal right). This is because people were getting money refunded to them for the bad service. Can you imagine people coming to your home, you don't know, but they know you have at least $500+ in cash to pay them. The were cheaper in price, but this is a case in which I got what I paid for! I had quotes from companies outside of AHS and I should have just bitten the bullet and paid more upfront. Second - I spoke with Breanna and asked prior to agreeing to a cash payment if I would get a new pan in which she stated yes. The pan was gunky and looked gross. When Brandon arrived he stated the pan was not included and would be an additional $65. I advised I spoke with Breanna whp stated it would be included... he stated they would clean out my pan and it should be fine as aluminum really doesn't rust. Needless to say... the pan had rust. They stated it would cost a $125 waiting fee if I went to get one. So the only offer was to put the new water heater on. rusty pan. Highly unsatisfied with Patriot Plumbing! I usually never write reviews but I hope this can help someone! The 1.9 they currently have is way too nice...

The Co.called within minutes (on Sunday night) and two days later, Chase came out to fix a leaky hot water heater (AHS warranty) --- he professionally and quickly fixed the leak while also insulating the line and clamping a drain. He did not try to sell me any additional work or products.

So glad that I read these reviews after having them scheduled to replace my hot water heater! My home warranty (2-10) scheduled them for the work. The red flag was raised when Patriot Plumbing wanted an additional $1700 in cash for work not under warranty. Called 2-10 and was able to get another company in for much less than the $1700. Patriot Plumbing deserves a zero rating!

Sent by AHS. Was to replace my faucets but they said in order to do this additional work needed to be done before this. Charged me 2400 and wanted cash. Never will use them again. Besides they are on hold with AHS

AHS stop using this company the women is not trustworthy and tried to get extra money out of me for a job.. After reading the reviews because I wanted to see if they were being dishonest. I'm upset the AHS would even use a company with such bad reviews. I told AHS they were lying and after reading the bad reviews I was right.. use them at your own risk..

DO NOT USE! Well, they're very nice and everything but they definitely don't know what they're doing. Had a plumbing stoppage in the tub and toilet. After four days of back and forth, they themselves stated they didn't know what it was 😳 and couldn't fix it 😡! Plus they left a nasty mess! I finally called another company and the problem was fixed in 20 minutes!!!! I repeat, DO NOT USE. THEY DON'T KNOW WHAT THEY'RE DOING!
